After my initial hail damage claim was denied while working with another roofing company, my insurance agent connected me with Brian at Horizon Roofing. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.
Brian took the initiative to help get my roof re-inspected, worked directly with the insurance company, and ultimately helped get my claim approved. He made what had been a frustrating experience much easier to navigate and kept me informed every step of the way.

6/16/26. Fulton from Horizon Roofing and Exteriors came out to the house today regarding my roof. Right from the start, I was impressed with his followup. So often you have to sit around and wait for somebody to show up, but I knew exactly when he was coming and I appreciate that. I told Fulton my concerns, he went up on the roof, then came back down with pictures and advise on what needed to be done. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions. Fulton is definitely an asset to Horizon Roofing and Exteriors. I look forward to working with them further. Thank you.

Fulton was my project manager. I can’t say enough great things him. From start to finish, he was easy to work with, a great communicator, and followed up on a timely manner. The guys did a great job on the roof. They made sure I didn’t get any nails in my pool. . But most importantly, my roof looks great! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof replaced.
