On November 19, 2025, the Horizon Roofing & Exteriors team attended the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce November General Membership Luncheon. The event focused on connection, leadership, and supporting the local business community.

Learning and Leadership
The luncheon featured an insightful presentation from Tim Keane, Chancellor of Webster University. He spoke about leadership and the role of small businesses in community success. His message left us motivated and encouraged. Furthermore, it reminded us of the importance of staying adaptable and committed to growth.
Supporting Local Causes
One of the most impactful moments was supporting the Assistance League of St. Louis. They were the beneficiary of the Chamber’s 24th Annual Pumpkin Run in October. The Chamber presented a check to Kay Weeks on behalf of the organization. This was a powerful reminder of how community support can make a real difference. Giving back is a value we share, and we are proud to participate in efforts that help our neighbors.
Professional Development & Leadership
Attendees also enjoyed an inspiring leadership presentation from Tim Keane. He shared practical insights on personal growth, organizational leadership, and adaptability. His message reinforced the value of continuous learning for businesses of every size. As a result, we left the luncheon with actionable ideas to improve both our company and our community impact.
Looking Ahead
The luncheon reinforced why Horizon Roofing & Exteriors — top roofer in St. Peters, MO — joined the Chesterfield Chamber. This organization genuinely cares about its members and the community. We are already looking forward to the next event. For example, we hope to see everyone at the Winter Festival on December 17 at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis–Chesterfield.
